Micro injection moulding
The Battenfeld Microsystem 50 enables us to produce high-precision injection-moulded parts down to a weight of just 1mg. A wide range of materials can be used, including some you wouldn’t normally associate with injection moulding. Robot handling and a quality-inspection camera ensures absolute precision and compliance of all parts, which can be smaller than a matchstick head.
Application: micro components for medical devices.
