Nano scale manufacturing system
The state-of-the-art Zeiss Nvision40 allows us to work at the nano scale (a nanometre is a billionth of metre). The system delivers the capability for nanometre resolution material processing, enabling us to perform nano-scale machining and material deposition. The machine also allows our experienced technicians to watch the entire process in real time.
Applications: carbon nano tubes, embedded sensor systems, cancer drug development.
