Micro and nano assembly station
The Klocke Nanotechnik is a custom-developed assembly platform with 2nm nanometre repeatability. It can deliver positional resolutions better than 10nm in 3 axes for assembly of components. It is integrated with an SMAbased gripper, microscope, zero-heat light source and atomic force sensitivity.
Application: assembly and handling of micro medical devices.
