Centre of Excellence in Customised Assembly
The aim is to drive the formation of new industrial processes, communities of knowledge, and high-skilled workplaces to support companies and their supply chains to become global leaders in assembly techniques for customised products.
Key objectives:
- To identify real time industrial problems/challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Work closely with industry to foster collaborations and partnerships through the supply chain
- Provide demonstrators of world leading and novel assembly techniques and technologies
- Instigate and lead step changes in best practices
Funding body: HEIF3
