Ruth Strickland
Administrator

Ruth joined the PMC in 2004 and works as project and financial administrator within the Project Support Office, particularly for EU-funded projects. She also has extensive experience in event and conference management, including the two-yearly International Precision Assembly Seminar (IPAS), previously held in Chamonix, France. She is PRINCE2 trained to Foundation Stage level.
Ruth previously obtained a French degree from Nottingham University, followed by a postgraduate diploma in bilingual administration and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education. She worked as a primary teacher in Nottingham for several years where she held extra responsibility as Resources Coordinator and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
